Restaurant designed by Jorge Bolio Arquitectura

The Ixi’im Restaurant, designed by Jorge Bolio Arquitectura, is located in a repurposed textile factory in Chocholá, Mexico. The project integrates modern architectural elements while preserving the original industrial structure, creating a unique blend of history and contemporary design. Steel beams and expansive glass walls frame the space, contrasting with the old factory’s rustic stone walls. The interior features minimalist yet elegant decor, with local materials and craftsmanship highlighted throughout the design. The restaurant serves as part of the Yucatán hacienda complex, linking Mexico’s past with modern luxury
